Hello, and welcome, First, I want to commend you for recognising the need for support and taking the courageous step of seeking a counsellor. I know from personal experience how challenging this decision can be.

As a qualified person-centred counsellor, I provide a confidential, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. Whether you're struggling with stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, or relationship difficulties. I'll work with you to find clarity, resilience, and a way forward that feels right for you.

I offer counselling for both men and women, helping with:

I offer in-person therapy from my home in East Ardsley, Wakefield and Online or Telephone Counselling across the UK , including regions such as London, Scotland, Wales, Yorkshire, the Midlands, and the South East and South West of England. Online sessions are conducted via Zoom, and if you're concerned about using technology, don't worry, I'll send you a simple link to join, no downloads required.

As qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling (BACP), I follow the highest standards of ethics and professionalism (Registratation Number 409059).
